Lynnette spent 15 years as a successful PR consultant before she went into partnership with Sandy Oldham People as a specialist recruiter in the industry.

Her experience and insider-knowledge of the PR industry means she understands the roles and the best people to fill them.

Her career has spanned some of Australia’s finest PR companies, including Group Account Director/HR Manager at Hausmann Communications, The Rowland Group (now Edelman) and Turnbull Fox Phillips. Lynnette has just the kind of CV, in fact, that she is often looking for when tracking down candidates.

Vicki began her career in PR in London, spending eight years developing her skills and experience across a range of clients from Healthcare products like Nicorette, to fashion – Levis and Kickers, to Bacardi Breezers, Southern Comfort and Warner Home Video.

In 2006, she moved to Australia and began a whole new life and career by moving into PR recruitment. For the last five years she has been a specialist recruiter in this market working on both the client and agency side. And while she concentrated mainly on her first love, public relations, she also recruited across broader communications roles.
